Parkour
for children aged 6-10
Wednesdays at the Valentin-Senger-School
This course is a perfect blend of fun, fitness and adventure, where students overcome a variety of obstacles that challenge their agility, strength and creativity. From leaps over barriers to balancing on beams and precision jumping, each activity is designed to improve their physical coordination and problem-solving skills. Our experienced coaches provide a safe and supportive environment, offering step-by-step instructions and encouraging children to push their limits without leaving their comfort zones.
The course is designed to develop not only physical skills, but also self-confidence, teamwork and resilience. Whether a beginner or already experienced, every child will enjoy learning new movements and overcoming challenges.
Turn AG
for children aged 6-10 years
Fridays at the Valentin-Senger-School
In Turn AG, your child discovers gymnastics in an age-appropriate and playful way – with experienced outdoor kids coaches, bilingual, pedagogically structured and full of positive energy.
Instead of pressure or “perfect exercises”, we focus on safe movement learning, body control and self-confidence. Each session combines a warm-up, gymnastics basics and motivating challenges. Step by step, your child will develop strength, flexibility, coordination and courage – in a supportive atmosphere and without any pressure to perform.
