Kids Yoga

Judo Fintosch School

for children aged 7-10 years

Fridays at the Fintsch School

Judo for children aged 7-10 is a martial arts course that teaches discipline, respect and physical fitness through the principles of judo.

This class introduces the basics of judo such as throws, holds and falling in a safe and structured environment. Children will develop strength, coordination and confidence as they learn to control their movements and treat others with respect.

The course also emphasizes teamwork, perseverance and the judo values of mutual respect and continuous improvement.
