General questions

A course usually lasts 45 minutes, unless otherwise stated in the course description.

Yes and no… Basically everyone can decide for themselves which course they want.
However, make sure that it is the course to the appropriate age group.
Another limiting factor is the number of courses I can attend per month. Depending on the subscription, I can either come 4 times a month or 8 times.

If you cancel on time (at least 3 hours before the start of the course), you have the right to catch up on the unit. The right to catch up only exists as long as an active subscription exists.

Courses may only be rescheduled after the subscription has ended if the event that a course did not take place is due to the organizer Outdoor Kids or force majeure.

This includes:

  • Cancellation of a course due to the lack of a trainer
  • Cancellation of a course due to too few participants
  • Rejection due to team training or the like
  • Vacation break during the Hessian school holidays
  • Cancellation due to severe weather

Yes, the trial month is free of charge. We invite you to three (3) free trial lessons. Come along and see the quality and fun of our courses for yourself. Both parents and children can get an impression of our courses.

We follow the German weather service and decide 90 minutes before the start of the course whether we have to cancel due to bad weather.
Cancellations due to force majeure are considered a special failure.
Means that you can catch up on the course even after the subscription has ended.

Course cancellations are usually made via the course schedule.
All participants registered for a course will then receive an email informing them of the cancellation of the course.

Since we have a free choice of courses and no one is tied to an appointment, weekly registration is necessary.
Of course, you can also register directly for several weeks, but you must then pay attention to a timely cancellation, otherwise the right to make up for it will expire.

Termination & pause

Just contact us at info@outdoorkids.online and we will be happy to arrange a break for you!

Die Kündigung muss per E-Mail an info@outdoorkids.online oder schriftlich gegenüber Outdoor Kids, Brückenstraße 41, Frankfurt am Main, 60594 erfolgen.

The 3-month subscription and the 6-month subscription can be canceled by the member or by Outdoor Kids with one (1) month’s notice to the end of the closed term.

The 1-month subscription can be canceled up to thelast day of the term.

If there is no timely termination, the contract is extended by the term of the corresponding contractual agreement.

Here is a simple example:

Sarah books the M package for her son Max (minimum term of 6 months).

The official start date of the subscription is always the selected start date in the course calendar.

In this case, Sarah has registered for the course on 12.04.21. decided.

This results in the following periodization:

Month 1: 12.04.21 – 11.05.21

Month 2: 12.05.21 – 11.06.21

Month 3: 12.06.21 – 11.07.21.

Month 4: 12.07.21 – 11.08.21

Month 5: 12.08.21 – 11.09.21

Month 6: 12.09.21 – 11.10.21

Sarah would now like to cancel her subscription with effect from 11/10/21.

With a notice period of one month to the end of the contract(11.10.21), Sarah must submit her notice of termination by 11.09.21 at the latest.

If no notice of termination is received in due time, the subscription will be extended by a further 6 months after the end of the contract.

Of course, upon your request, we will grant you a free pause in your subscription in the event of illness and for another reason that was not foreseeable when the contract was concluded, if such a hindrance is likely to last at least 4 weeks.

A break can only be granted for full months and is always based on the individual periodization.

Example: Sarah is on vacation for a month and would like to take a break. Sarah’s subscription runs from the 12th of the month to the 11th of the next month.

Sarah can therefore pause at the following times:

  1. 09/11.10
  2. 10/11.11
  3. 11/11.12

The break must be requested at least 14 days before the planned pausation by email to info@outdoorkids.online or in writing to Outdoor Kids, Brückenstraße 41, Samuel Bisrat, Frankfurt am Main, 60594.

Your subscription will then be extended by the period of the break, no membership fee has to be paid during the break.

Basically you can take a break several times a year.

However, at least 1 active month must pass between breaks.
